Norma’s

Parker Palm Springs’ brightly colored open-air terrace restaurant serves breakfast all day, from traditional favorites to decadent classics with a twist. Gluten-free, vegan, or bacon- forward options will please all palates. Norma’s serves the best breakfast in Palm Springs, ready when you are. Open 7am-10pm.

Spencer’s

An elegantly comfortable establishment known for breakfast and brunch. The always-fresh menu is cooked to order so they can accommodate your dietary needs. Nice patio too.
Open 8am daily.

Brunch/Lunch

Who has Palm Springs’ best brunch? We recommend these three options, but you will have to try them all to decide for yourself.

French Miso Cafe

A lovely room with courtyard style dining, the name reflects the heritage of the proprietors and the menu offers both traditional French and Japanese breakfasts. An adorable setting, delightful staff, and a delicious menu. Open Thu-Fri for Lunch 11am-2pm. Sat-Sun Brunch 9am-2pm.

Farm

Fresh is the mantra at Farm, where attention to detail serves up a carefully prepared yet unpretentious menu of delicious options. Feels like a country farmhouse. Lovely patio too. Open 8am-2pm.

Lemonade Stand at Parker Palm Springs.

Ideal for a midday snack or refreshment en plein air. The menu ranges from Prawns Ceviche to Street Tacos with chicken and salsa verde. Shaded seating available. If you are sitting poolside, cocktails can be delivered right to your Cabana. Located in the heart of our thirteen-acre estate — look for the striped, yellow awning. When it comes to unique casual lunch spots, Palm Springs has no equal. Open 11am daily.

Coffee/Sweets

Whether to pick you up, or chill you out, these cafés provide the tonic you seek.

French Corner Cafe 

The pastries and coffee here will have you dreaming of France. Delicious and authentic, their tarts, pane, croissants, are famous throughout the valley. Open daily 8am-4:30pm.

Koffi

The largest independent specialty coffee retail and roasting operation in the Coachella Valley. Pair your favorite coffee with a treat from their in-house bakery. Four locations. Open 6:30am.

Carousel Bakery

Come for the artisan pastries and craft coffee, stay for their homemade pies and decadent desserts. A warm, cozy room with seating. Open 7:30am-3pm. Closed Tuesday.

Foodie Shops

Satiate your inner chef and explore these foodie-centric options.

On The Mark

A specialty food and catering shop offering a variety of take-home items including tapenades, rubs, olive oil and balsamic vinegar. A great place to pick up a gift too. Open 10am-5pm.

Farmers Market at Village Fest

Popular with visitors and locals alike, this is an ideal place to wander and take in the vibe of the community. Discover food, art, jewelry, entertainment, flowers, and more, all from local vendors, artisans, shop owners, and artists. Every Thursday evening on Palm Canyon Drive. Street is closed to vehicles.

Savory Spice

Exotic and intoxicating, here it is all ‘a dash of this and a pinch of that.’ Herbs, Salt and Pepper, chilis and paprika, BBQ, pastry, and more. Open 10am-6pm (closes earlier on Sat/Sun).

Wine/Cocktails

Palm Springs’ best cocktail bars are worthy of a special visit. They are the kind of places where the cocktails are crafted and the bartenders are craftier. You have been warned.

Mini Bar at Parker Palm Springs.

The perfect place for some post-check-in refreshment. Designed like a Jewel Box, this one-of-kind lounge sparkles almost as much as the cocktails. Try the signature Parker Paloma or the Picante Agave to put a little pep back in your step. Pair with a couple of share plates and you’ll be ready to explore the estate. Open Mon-Thu 3pm-11pm. Sat 12pm-2am. Sun 12pm-11pm.

The Evening Citizen

This classic Speakeasy is well known as a place for serious cocktail aficionados. Dark and cozy, the entrance is not obvious (like all good Speakeasies). No food available. Open until 1am.

PS Air

Designed like an old airplane; you’ve never seen a bar like this. Live entertainment on weekends has this place jumping when reservations are recommended. Food menu available. Open Mon-Thu 4pm-10pm. Fri-Sat 12pm-midnight. Closed Sun.

Counter Reformation at Parker Palm Springs

This ode to Parisian Tabacs (think zinc), will transport you back to a time when daily life was imbued with artistic expression. Enjoy an eclectic selection of wines by the glass, each poured with the story behind the wine, and a variety of share plates. Open 5pm–10pm.

mister parker’s at Parker Palm Springs

Dark, lush, and discreet, our award-winning fine dining destination is one of many reasons Parker Palm Springs is favorite of Condé Nast Readers. The Menu – epicurean, savory favorites is paired with a Wine List worthy of the moment. This is a ‘slip into your favorite head-turning outfit’ kind of place. Jackets required for gentlemen. Open Wed-Sun 5:30pm to late.

Sandfish Sushi and Whiskey 

Founder and Chef Edgin Onural has drawn on his cultural influences and extensive travels to create this winning dining combination. A unique experience. Open 4:30pm-10pm (11pm Fri-Sat).

Workshop Kitchen & Bar

Renowned Chef/Owner Michael Beckman and his team continue to deliver fresh, iconic dishes in an unforgettable setting. His passion is ‘cooking over wood and the flavors of a wood-fired oven.’ A James Beard winner. Open 5pm-10pm (11pm Sat-Sun).

Miro’s

The delicious menu is influenced by Slavic, Mediterranean, and Hungarian cooking traditions and the service is classically continental. A family affair consistently voted as a favorite restaurant in Palm Springs. Open at 5pm, Tue-Sun.

Bar Cecil

A love letter to life, art, and food, the room is joyously eclectic and vibrant. The menu, inspired by French and Italian traditions, ranges from Steaks Frites to Cacio e Pepe to Oysters on the half shell. Vegan options available. Open 5-10 pm, Tue-Sun.

Birba

One of the best al fresco dining spots in Palm Springs. The fresh seasonal menu and almost entirely outdoor seating is ideal for a warm, desert breeze evening. Sophisticated, in a joyously eclectic kind of way with a diverse crowd of locals and come-from-aways. Open 5pm-10pm.
