Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received 3 days prior to arrival. All reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card.

Check In

Check in time is 4pm. This time allows for us to make certain your room is pristine before your arrival. Should you need earlier accommodation, we are happy to assist upon availability. An early check-in charge may be applicable.

Check Out

Check out time is at 12pm. For your convenience, online check out is available to all of our guests. You may review your bill online at any time during your stay or if you prefer a paper copy, you may request one. Requests for a late checkout should be directed to the front office on the morning of your departure and is subject to availability and may result in an additional charge.

Parking

Parker Palm Springs is a valet parking only property at $45 plus taxes per day.

Dry Cleaning / Laundry / Valet

Same day valet service is available Monday through Friday. All items will be returned by 7pm. Pressing services are also available.

Pets

At the Parker Palm Springs we are pet friendly and appreciate that your pet(s) have sophisticated tastes. There is a fee of $200 per night per pet.

Smoking

Please be advised that Parker Palm Springs is committed to providing its guests a smoke-free environment. Therefore, smoking anywhere within the Parker Estate is strictly prohibited. If anyone is found to be smoking within the Parker Estate, your room will be charged a $500 penalty.

Resort Fee

A $50 USD resort charge per room per night. This includes 24-hour access to gym, local and 800 calls, Wi-Fi internet, large sparkling water in room, Complimentary Barista services at Norma’s daily from 5:30AM-7:00AM, access to spa, indoor pool, steam room, and daily newspaper on request
