Parker Palm Springs and Palm Springs Life have partnered to create Curtis Stone’s Desert Escape package during the 2025 Palm Desert Food and Wine Festival
The package includes two nights in one of our Villas from Friday, March 21 – Sunday, March 23, and your choice of one of two dinner seatings (5:00pm or 7:30pm) at mister parker’s on Saturday, March 22. Renowned Michelin-starred chef, restaurateur, and author Curtis Stone will share stories of his inspirations, while you savor his farm-to-table creations with exquisite wine pairings. The evening begins with a reception featuring Louis Roederer Collection 245 Champagne.
First Course:
- Hamachi Crudo – Aguachile, Cilantro Oil, Cucumber, Radish Sprouts, Avocado
- Wine Pairing: 2023 ZD Wine Sauvignon Blanc, Napa Valley
Main Course:
- Roast NY Strip – Beef Rib Croquette, Citrus Braised Endive, Smoked Artichoke Puree, Green Peppercorn Sauce
- Wine Pairing: 2022 Bouchaine Estate Selection Calera Clone Pinot Noir
Dessert:
- New Way Creme Brûlée – Berry Consommé, Berries Gelée, Lime Namelaka
- Beverage Pairing: T’MARO Moroccan Mocha Carajillo
