Play
To stay young, sometimes you simply have to be young. Fortunately, our estate is filled with fun things to do. Begin your morning on the grass with our resident Yogi to work out the kinks. Or find your inner Nadal on our Terre Battue tennis courts. Strait-laced whites or neon-brights, that is up to you. Courts are lit for night play.
Pétanque is a favorite activity of guests. Similar to Bocce but better because our house rules state that the game cannot begin until everyone has a glass of Pastis in hand. A lovely way to spend time with friends, old or new.
English Croquet. If a touch of class is appreciated (when is it not?) then this is the ticket. Played on a perfectly manicured lawn, it’s a Pimm’s Cup kind of afternoon made complete with one of our special picnic baskets from Norma’s. Add a magnum of Champagne and it will be a day you won’t soon forget, what?
Pamper
Poolside Cabanas at Parker Palm Springs are simply heavenly. The desert sun, gleaming water, your favorite swimwear, and a refreshing beverage in hand is a recipe for relaxation. When it is time to cool off, take a dip, then return to the comfort of your private cabana. Relax, refresh, repeat.
Palm Springs Yacht Club, our on-property spa-emporium, is a destination unto itself and is considered to be the best spa in Palm Springs. Wine Stories at Counter Reformation is a wonderful way to travel the world without leaving your seat. Our eclectic wine cellar is full of vintages from both near and far. Many have interesting and sometimes hilarious back stories and our Bartenders and Sommelier love to tell them. It is a great place to pair wine by the glass with our small plate menu.
Come evening, wander down to our outdoor fire pit and enjoy the stars in the desert night sky. If you have not been out of the city for a while, you are in for a treat.
Prowl
Desert Day Hikes are one of the few ways to see the hidden canyon oases near Palm Springs. Local Native American tribes steward these ancient, sacred sites to ensure the special ecosystems they contain survive for future generations. Hikes vary from 90 minutes to 4 hours. Estate Bicycles are one of the best ways to get around and Palm Springs is virtually flat, making cycling a pleasant way to travel. Stop in at one of the many world-renowned museums or grab a bite to eat, the pace of the day is in your hands (or feet, as the case may be).
